Okay, their versions aren’t in a soft terracotta color and made by Paul Smith but they still feel the benefit of keeping their fingers free and nimble. But what makes this design so genius are the string ties – yes, the sort that toddlers have attached to their duffle coat cuffs. No longer will you have the age-old problem of just being able to find one glove, while its ‘friend’ is neatly perched on some wall, or has gone A.W.O.L on the subway system. The question is: When the hell are we going to create an attachable brolly?
